SEQ Civil Linings Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company which provides waterproofing and gas vapour membranes, using Liquid Boot®.  We are based on the Gold Coast but operate Australia-wide.

The Director of SEQ Civil Linings, Stephen Burgess, was involved in the original importing of Liquid Boot® into Australia in 1997 and in 2005 set up SEQ Civil Linings to commence application in Queensland.  Steve is the fully accredited and experienced head applicator for SEQ Civil Linings, who supervises application teams, manages projects and ensures that all works are carried out to the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
