240m2 Gas Vapour Membrane system and waterproofing under warehouse conversion floor slab.
The Situation: Contaminated soil under a warehouse could not be removed and had to be sealed before the building could be converted to a dwelling.
The Solution: A Geovent system was designed for the site. It was laid out, covered in geotextile and then sealed with a 2mm coat of Liquid Boot®, with risers protruding to allow venting.
