Approx. 2700m² Vapour Barrier Membrane and Geovent System under 36 new units

The Situation: Contaminated soil from a plastics factory site had to be sealed before new blocks of units could be built.

The Solution: A Geovent system was designed for the site. It was laid out through the footings and across the slab areas, covered in geotextile and then sealed with a 2mm coat of a cold spray-applied membrane, with risers protruding to allow venting.
